This brief introductory call is designed for prospective Image Consulting clients who are considering working with KD. We’ll discuss what you’re looking to accomplish with your image, where you may be feeling disconnected in your current wardrobe or presentation, and which level of service may best support your goals. This is an opportunity for us to determine whether we’re a good fit to work together and identify the best next step for your transformation. Please note: This is a discovery call and does not include personalized styling recommendations, wardrobe planning, or a full image consultation.
Cancellation Policy
The Executive Image Consulting and Executive Wardrobe Experience are personalized consulting services reserved exclusively for each client. To provide the highest level of service, appointments and project timelines are scheduled in advance. - A signed agreement and payment are required before services begin. - The 30 day consulting experience begins on the agreed-upon start date. - Virtual appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. - Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice maybe forfeited. - Wardrobe purchases and recommendations are carefully curated based on your goals, body shape, lifestyle, and professional needs. - Clothing purchase as part of the executive wardrobe experience is subject to each retailers return and exchange policies. - Luxury or designer wardrobe request may require an additional wardrobe investment beyond the standard package. - Communication and participation throughout the experience are essential to achieving the best results.
