Service Description
We'll discuss your design, fabric selections, fit preferences, and next steps. During your consultation, you'll receive guidance for taking accurate measurements, or you may choose to have them professionally taken. A nonrefundable 50% retainer is required to reserve your project and begin material sourcing.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments and services with KD by Keyona Dawson are scheduled in advance to ensure each client receives dedicated time and attention. • Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. • Appointments maybe cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the schedule start time. Cancellation of an appointment does not constitute a refund. • Payments are nonrefundable. When permitted, payments may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment in accordance with the services scheduling terms. • Late arrivals may result in a shorten appointment to avoid affecting other scheduled appointments. • Specific services may have additional terms, requirements, or policies. Any service specific terms provided at the time of booking will also apply. By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agreed to the applicable booking and service policies.
